Riverview Medical Center Foundation Welcomes New Trustee – Network News, Press Releases

The Hackensack Meridian Riverview Medical Center Foundation is pleased to announce the addition of Fred Voccola to the Board of Directors of the Riverview Medical Center Foundation.

“We are delighted to welcome Fred to this incredibly strong Board of Directors,” said Todd Shellenberger, Executive Director, Riverview Medical Center Foundation. “Fred is an accomplished business and industry leader with many connections to the community. I have no doubts that he will be a great addition to the board and that he will have a great impact in helping the medical center achieve its goals through philanthropic initiatives.

Voccola is the CEO of Kaseya, a provider of IT infrastructure management software for small and medium businesses. As CEO, Voccola has led Kaseya’s transformation into a global leader in its industry with over 1,500 employees worldwide and over 32,000 organizations worldwide using its services.

Prior to Kaseya, Voccola ran several software and internet technology companies, most notably as president of Yodle for Brand Networks, which was sold to Web.com (NASDQ: WEB), and Nolio, Inc., a DevOps SaaS company, where he led 100% year-over-year growth before selling the business to CA Technologies.

Earlier in his career, Voccola co-founded and served as President of Identify Software, significantly growing the business during his five-year tenure, culminating in a sale to BMC Software. He then served as Vice President of Global Sales and Services at BMC Software. In addition, Voccola has held various leadership and management positions at Intira (acquired by Divine Systems) and Prism Solutions (acquired by Ardent Software / Informix / IBM).

“The board of directors of the Riverview Medical Center Foundation is made up of a fantastic group of leaders, both in the business world and in the community,” says Voccola. “I am honored to have been selected to serve on this board and look forward to partnering with them to improve the programs and services at Riverview Medical Center to meet the needs of this ever growing and diverse community.

Voccola holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. He grew up in Middletown, NJ and has strong ties to the Two Rivers community.
