Newswise – Edison, NJ – May 11, 2021 – The Hackensack Meridian JFK University Medical Center Foundation is pleased to announce the addition of Janine Purcaro to the Board of Directors.

“We are delighted to welcome Janine to the Board of Trustees of the JFK University Medical Center Foundation,” said Sheri Marino, Executive Director of the JFK University Medical Center Foundation. “Janine is an incredible business leader with a unique and diverse skill set that will be an incredible asset to our strong Board of Directors.

Purcaro is the Chief Operating Officer and Associate Director of Finance and Administration at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, NJ. She is responsible for the financial, administrative and operational leadership of one of the world’s leading centers for theoretical research and intellectual inquiry. Additionally, Purcaro works with the Senior Development Office to project fundraising needs and capacities to support the strategic plan, and advises and advises board members on governance matters, ensuring requirements are met. statutory and regulatory for the operations of the Board of Directors, while overseeing the day-to-day management of the Institute’s more than 800-acre campus.

Purcaro received his Bachelor of Science in Professional Accounting from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and his Masters of Public Administration from the State University of New Jersey. She resides in Middlesex, NJ.
